• Just a *little* something wrong with it.

I’ve got good news and bad news.

First the good news. We found someplace to live! Yayyyyyyyy!

It’s a cute, cute, cute little mixed-use neighborhood in Longmont. Well, maybe “cute” isn’t the right word since it’s all modern architecture, but it has a quaint feel about it. The house is right across the street from a park and has a pretty nice porch and back patio that’ll ramp our outdoor living up a bit.

    Now the bad news.

First, it only has three bedrooms. [*cue tiny violins*] We’re okay with that for the time being since our family planning is in freeze mode. If kid three arranges for an immaculate conception, chances are good he or she would be in the master bedroom for most of the first year, anyway. Should guests visit us (or rather, WHEN guests visit us), the kids will just bunk together. They don’t like that, but they’ll do it.

The other bad news is that it doesn’t have a bathtub.

    At all.

    Anywhere.

Apparently builders do that on purpose sometimes now?

Anyway, we move in on the 22nd. I’ll be so happy to be reunited with my stuff in storage, particularly my stretchy yoga pants, my flip-flops, my pasta strainer, our can opener THAT ACTUALLY WORKS and my tea kettle.

    Home stretch, baby, home stretch.
